Analyze technology challenges and operational inefficiencies within U.S. law firms to identify high-impact opportunities.
Configure CRMs and Case Management Systems to address identified bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency.
Develop analytics dashboards and data pipelines to surface actionable business insights.
Design and implement automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n.
Deploy AI solutions including Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude—and provide training to ensure meaningful adoption and measurable impact.
Build strong working relationships with client teams to foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Operate with a high degree of autonomy, extracting insights from client interactions and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
Ownership over both your deliverables and the outcomes you drive for clients. Building and deployment of systems as well as direct client interaction.
You will own your projects end-to-end, from initial discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization. Working exclusively with low-code and no-code platforms, focusing on rapid deployment and scalable solutions.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a similar role involving systems implementation, consulting, or operational improvement
Proven experience in client-facing roles and/or consulting, particularly with small to mid-sized enterprises
Hands-on experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Pipedrive
Familiarity with Project Management and ERP platforms, including tools like Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, ClickUp, or SAP
Proficiency with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Platform
Experience working with Generative AI technologies like OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or DeepSeek
Competence in data analysis and visualization tools, including BigQuery, Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Working knowledge of REST API integrations, including reading documentation and configuring system connections
Demonstrated ability to learn complex tools quickly and apply them effectively to solve real business problems
Fluent in English
