Accounting Manager

• Independently prepare annual financial statements (HGB) for partnerships and corporations
• Contribute to consolidated financial statements and fiscal unity (Organschaft) structures
• Prepare E-Bilanzen, reconciliation schedules and balance sheet commentaries
• Provide professional assessment of complex issues (provisions, participations/equity interests, restructurings)
• Manage demanding financial accounting including cost accounting, intercompany reconciliations and consolidation logic
• Ensure quality assurance of automated posting processes (DATEV, AI-supported systems)
• Further develop account logics, posting standards and process structures
• Analyse financial data as a basis for strategic decision-making
• Prepare special reports, planning calculations and structural decision documents

• Tax responsibility for client mandates
• Independent handling of demanding mandates
• Preparation and review of annual financial statements, tax returns and ongoing financial accounting
• Technical preparation of complex issues for decision-making by tax advisors
• Management of digital client processes
• Optimization of workflows and posting logic
• Quality assurance of automated posting/accounting systems
• Primary technical point of contact for designated clients
• Direct communication with clients and tax authorities
• Close collaboration with partners and licensed professionals
