About the role
- Independent management of financial accounting
- Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns
- Quality assurance of bookkeeping entries and client records
- Working with DATEV Unternehmen online and automation services
- Supporting the optimization of bookkeeping and document workflows
- Ensuring clean digital client workflows
- Independent communication with clients and authorities
- Close collaboration with tax specialists, certified accountants, and tax advisors
- Handover of structured deliverables to the advisory team
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a tax clerk/tax assistant
- Initial professional experience is an advantage but not required
- Interest in accounting and tax logic
- Good knowledge of DATEV or willingness to acquire it quickly
- Accuracy, a structured working style, and a sense of responsibility
- Willingness to learn and analytical thinking
- Communication skills and team orientation
- Desire to develop professionally
