• Packaging Machines - Setting, covering, and banding machines on a pallet
• Drive a forklift efficiently and safely
• Take photos of packaged machines
• Label machines using Bill of Lading
• Load Trucks/Trailers using a forklift
• Help process machines before packaging: labeling, light assembly

• Update and execute multi-year global talent strategy aligned with SIGI growth strategic plan
• Lead HR organization that supports multi-site manufacturing, including shared services, HRBP support, and local HR compliance
• Serve as an advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership capability, and culture
• Lead global recruitment strategy for corporate, technical and plant roles
• Partner with operations leaders to forecast labor demand, manage staffing models, and reduce time-to-fill / turnover
• Implement scalable onboarding and retention programs
• Design and manage competitive, market-aligned compensation and benefits programs across regions
• Manage and mediate employee relations issues
• Develop and implement training programs and training resources that align with company goals

Director of Human Resources

• Support site HR Manager in delivery of talent strategy initiatives
• Deliver all aspects of frontline HR services, focusing on payroll & benefits support, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding and employee relations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices
• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified contingent job applicants for frontline open positions
• Assist in development and implementation of employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
• Audit and finalize weekly timecards in Factory Track, administer hourly payroll processes in ADP Workforce Now
