About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support site HR Manager in delivery of talent strategy initiatives
  • Deliver all aspects of frontline HR services, focusing on payroll & benefits support, talent acquisition, new employee onboarding and employee relations
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommend best practices
  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring of qualified contingent job applicants for frontline open positions
  • Assist in development and implementation of employee recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Audit and finalize weekly timecards in Factory Track, administer hourly payroll processes in ADP Workforce Now

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 5+ years of human resource management experience
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS and ATS systems
  • Familiarity with HRIS reporting and concepts
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA) and the ability to appropriately spot employment risk issues
