About the role
- Oversee the Southwire 12 For Life program and production facility
- Manage student employees, fulltime team members, production, equipment and material resources
- Ensure a safe work environment for all team members
- Maintain continuous operational execution and production of quality products
- Serve as a member of the Southwire Florence leadership team
- Manage facility to promote a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business or related engineering field required
- Minimum 3 years directly related manufacturing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong willingness to coach
- Strong leadership skills
- Must be very professional
- Understand and support the goals and values of the Southwire 12 for Life program
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
