About the role
- Lead, coach, and develop Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Processing Engineering team members.
- Train and employ Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to lead process improvement projects.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products meet customer expectations.
- Ensure successful implementation of new products using methods including APQP and PPAP.
- Lead a systematic process of cost reduction and own the Cost Out pipeline of projects.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum years of experience: 10 years in process engineering/optimization, continuous improvement and quality.
- Required licenses and certifications: Possess or working towards Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Preferred years of experience: 15+ years in process engineering/optimization, continuous improvement and quality.
- Licenses and certifications: Six Sigma Black Belt
