About the role

  • The Compensation Analyst II plays a key role in the administration and support of the company’s incentive compensation programs.
  • This position serves as the primary business owner of the Incentive Compensation Module (ICM) in Axiom and assists in managing incentive goal collection and plan execution.
  • The role partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other stakeholders to implement and maintain effective compensation strategies, particularly during merger and acquisition activities.
  • Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing compensation reports, assisting with incentive plan design and budgeting, supporting employee agreements tracking, and maintaining accurate documentation and procedures.
  • The Compensation Analyst also provides back-up support for incentive accrual projections and cross-trains to ensure continuity across related functions.
  • This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a dynamic and confidential environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in HR, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in compensation management with at least 2 years in a leadership role (preferred).
  • HR or Compensation Professional Certification preferred.
  • Completion of New Employee Orientation.
  • Annual compliance training.
  • Additional training as determined by the Director of Compensation
