About the role
- Gather and collect data from multiple internal and external sources
- Analyze collected data and format it for easy understanding
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with cross functional teams
- Ensure digital procedures are kept current and evaluate existing operational procedures
- Tackle multiple projects, aggressive deadlines, and competing priorities
- Manage exception of digital bots and quality assurance testing
Requirements
- 4-year degree preferred but not required
- 3-5 years of banking experience, digital banking experience preferred
- Proficiency in Windows-based PC skills (Microsoft Office 360), specifically Excel
- Knowledge of SouthState’s internal systems a plus
