- Sell residential roof replacements across the East Coast as a Remodeling Sales Consultant
- Manage and follow up on provided quality leads (no cold calling)
- Conduct customer meetings, present proposals, and close sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives
- Participate in company training and use company marketing materials and tools
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and mandatory Saturdays; travel within territory as needed

Requirements
- 2 years of prior outside sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successfully meeting sales objectives
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to establish rapport and foster trust with customers
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings and Saturdays
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
- Ability to work up to 6 days per week, with mandatory Saturdays
- Open to coaching and eager to acquire new skills
- Exhibits self-discipline and high motivation for financial success
