About the role

  • Sell residential roof replacements as a Remodeling Sales Consultant for Southern National Roofing
  • Use company-provided quality leads (no cold calling) to generate and close sales
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Conduct outside sales consultations and assessments with homeowners
  • Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Work a flexible schedule including evenings and mandatory Saturdays; travel locally using own vehicle
  • Utilize company marketing materials, technology (laptop/mobile/tablet), and training provided
  • Participate in training and development with path to management and executive roles

Requirements

  • 3 Years prior outside sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
  • Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
  • Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
  • Coachable and eager to learn
  • Self-disciplined and money-motivated
  • Proficient in using technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet)
