About the role
- Sell residential roof replacements as a Remodeling Sales Consultant for Southern National Roofing
- Use company-provided quality leads (no cold calling) to generate and close sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Conduct outside sales consultations and assessments with homeowners
- Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and mandatory Saturdays; travel locally using own vehicle
- Utilize company marketing materials, technology (laptop/mobile/tablet), and training provided
- Participate in training and development with path to management and executive roles
Requirements
- 3 Years prior outside sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
- Ability to work up to 6 days per week, including mandatory Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-disciplined and money-motivated
- Proficient in using technology (laptop, mobile device, tablet)
