About the role
- Requirement gathering, design, build/configuration, testing, validation and ongoing support of Epic applications
- Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality and operational workflows
- Coordinate planning, design, development, implementation, adoption, communication, maintenance, and evaluation of functionality related to Epic
- Participate in on-call rotation, including weekends and after-hours coverage as assigned
- Train and mentor team members
- Review, analyze, and test system changes; follow change control processes
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business, IT or Healthcare Related field required or 2 years of IT or healthcare experience in lieu of degree
- Relevant job-related certifications with Epic application certification within 90 days of hire, as applicable
