💰 $55,000 - $60,000 per year
About the role
- Prepare and process journal entries and adjustments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Process owner statements, payouts, and related reconciliations.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Support year-end audit preparation and other compliance filings.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate recording of revenues and expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (hospitality, property management, or real estate experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with vacation rental or property management accounting (preferred).
- Familiarity with booking platforms and owner statement processes (preferred).
