About the role
- Lead regional BDM development and implement strategic marketing and commercial programs for Suntory Global Spirits in US.
- Work with market Trade Development teams to provide sales support and performance management tools to drive KPIs and NSV.
- Embed, Educate & Condition Market BDMs on the Steps to the SGWS BDM Sales Call, with playbooks and materials to support SGS Growth.
- Drive performance management toward growth for SGS Brands on shelf, cold box, display, and share.
- Adopt and implement PDCA to manage results, train stakeholders, and drive follow-up action.
- Promote Kaizen mindset to drive continuous improvement on new BDM organization.
- Communicate SGS results to key stakeholders and recap in-market activities using SET 2.0 Data.
- Manage Regional KEY Chain performance by analyzing and identifying additional opportunities for SGS Brands.
Requirements
- Seven years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Able to obtain and meet industry licensing requirements as needed
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and secure and maintain auto-liability insurance by state/provincial law
- Overnight travel as required
