- Lead, manage, mentor, and develop technology teams across OneTech
- Develop and execute regional data center and cloud strategies
- Mentor, hire, and manage operations engineers and managers
- Oversee 24/7/365 operations
- Manage critical server and virtualization platforms
- Own capital (CapEx) and operational (OpEx) budgets
- Ensure adherence to global operating and security standards
- Manage relationships with data center and cloud providers
- Understanding of datacenter management and operations
- Directs development and execution of a disaster recovery plan
- Collaborate with departments and vendors
- Conducts research to remain up-to-date on industry trends
- Ensure continuous delivery of technical services
Requirements
- Understanding of datacenter management and operations
- 10+ years managing large datacenter operations
- 10+ years’ experience managing datacenter operations analyst and engineers
- 5+ years’ experience managing managers
- Experience managing multiple large projects across multiple functions
- Experience managing and mentoring team members
- Proven experience successfully managing business and technical resources
