About the role
- Manage and strategically grow SGWS's business through influential leadership
- Achieve revenue, margin, and gross profit targets
- Communicate local program spending effectiveness
- Help determine the ROI on outlined focused initiatives
- Analyze and project quarterly and monthly business for assigned territory
- Provide conflict resolution and remove performance obstacles
- Identify market trends and developments among the account base
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field or 3-5 years of industry related sales experience
- 3-5 years of industry-related sales experience
- Dependable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Strategic and analytical thought process
- Financial acumen
- Strong communication, organization, and commercial planning capabilities
- Proficient using Compass, Diver, Excel, and Proof
- Must be at least 21 years of age
