About the role
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account
- Regularly and consistently pre-plan account visits with an agenda
- Capture visit notes and build visit plans considering previous outcomes
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products
- Propose selling solutions to each customer
- Manage customer issue resolution and support business growth
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance
- Able to travel as needed
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques
- Team player; works collaboratively with others
