About the role
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales
- Prioritize sales activities to achieve objectives
- Visit accounts regularly and document in CRM
- Maintain knowledge of SGWS products and present them in each account
- Propose selling solutions and achieve sales
- Manage customer issue resolution
- Adapt selling approach based on customer needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance
- Able to analyze and understand data and information
- Able to leverage SGWS technology
- Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques
- Able to communicate effectively and express self clearly
- Team player; works collaboratively with others
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
