About the role
- Build positive, credible, lasting customer relationships based on trust
- Discover and identify customer business growth needs
- Develop a customer business growth plan for each account
- Analyze data and insights to increase sales
- Pre-plan account visits with an agenda
- Maintain deep knowledge of SGWS products
- Propose selling solutions to each customer
- Manage customer issue resolution
- Document and maintain account- and customer-specific information
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must possess a reliable vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Able to analyze and understand data
- Able to leverage SGWS technology
- Proven ability to build customer presentations and product proposals
- Proficient in using mobile devices and online communication techniques
- Able to achieve results under tough circumstances
- Team player; works collaboratively
