About the role
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that promote our fiber internet service.
- Contribute to updating website content, email marketing, and digital ad campaigns.
- Understand our eCommerce user experience, troubleshoot, and provide support to ensure a seamless order process.
- Develop compelling marketing materials — including flyers, ads, emails, and presentations — aligned with brand guidelines.
- Contribute to tracking marketing performance metrics (leads, conversions, engagement) and assist in compiling regular reporting.
- Partner with sales teams to provide marketing collateral and localized campaigns that drive leads.
- Work with creative, print, and digital vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
- Ensure consistent messaging and visuals across all marketing channels and tactics.
- Perform support duties such as list management and maintaining marketing materials.
Requirements
- Understanding of digital marketing, traditional marketing, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, WordPress, and Elementor is a plus.
- Intermediate level or higher Excel skills required.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer service teams.
- Experience in subscription-based or telecommunications industries is a plus.
- Self-starter with a constant thirst for learning.
