About the role

  • Manage supplier/client interactions to ensure that profit and margin goals for this solution are met
  • Develop and execute on plans to drive growth in this solution and ensure that profit and margin goals are met
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Supplier Development Executives for assigned categories
  • Build a high-quality, trusted relationship with suppliers
  • Identify and resolve supplier and client issues to strengthen relationships
  • Manage relationships with installations and execute and monitor purchase order requests
  • Support the invoicing, payment, and order documentation processes
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts for this solution
  • Occasionally represents the Installation Support team at assigned internal meetings

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in related field AND a minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, supply chain management, procurement, account management, or other directly related experience OR A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience equivalent to a total of four (4) years
  • Public speaking or sales presentation experience
  • Business process and operational knowledge of sales, customer service, supply chain, and procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field AND a minimum of four (4) years of experience in sales, supply chain management, procurement, account management, or other directly related experience OR A combination of related post-secondary and/or professional education and demonstrated relevant work experience equivalent to a total of eight (8) years
  • Two (2) years of public speaking or sales presentation experience
  • Two (2) years of sales experience
