About the role

  • Conduct “as-is” business analysis
  • Gather and document requirements
  • Translate them into clear integration or data-focused epics and user stories
  • Ensure delivery teams are equipped with well-defined requirements, acceptance criteria, and test conditions
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders
  • Operate across both agile and waterfall delivery environments
  • Provide key inputs to the Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and refine backlog items
  • Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into clear epics and user stories
  • Work closely with Integration and Data teams
  • Identify current (“as-is”) processes and develop clear problem statements
  • Collaborate with contributors to define future (“to-be”) states
  • Lead requirements gathering for new functionality and replacement of existing solutions
  • Support identification of potential technical solutions and contribute to solution design

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst, preferably within integration and data environments.
  • Strong understanding of both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience using Jira to create well-defined epics and user stories with clear acceptance and test criteria.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate discussions into structured, actionable documentation.
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and clarify requirements.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure.
  • Team-oriented approach with a proactive, can-do attitude.
