About the role
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email or chat
- File/create tickets on customer interactions
- Familiarize yourself with products and services offered by the client
- Record all customer interactions
- Escalate issues to another department as needed
- Ensure Customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Perform basic QA tasks during downtime
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with Zendesk (Nice to have)
- Amenable in working at any shift including weekends
- Good phone etiquette
