About the role
- Proactively source early-career sales candidates using LinkedIn and other sourcing channels
- Conduct outbound outreach, including 50+ targeted calls per day
- Perform initial qualification screens focused on sales aptitude, communication skills, and motivation
- Assess candidate fit beyond resumes, using instinct and probing questions
- Submit only pre-qualified, screened candidates to the Talent Partner
- Maintain organized sourcing and screening notes for handoff
- Support fast-moving hiring timelines with consistent pipeline flow
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sourcer or Recruiter with heavy sourcing and phone screening
- Strong outbound calling experience
- Excellent spoken English with accent neutrality
- Confident, professional phone demeanor
- Strong intuition for identifying sales potential
- Experience sourcing early-career sales or high-volume sales roles
- Background supporting US-based hiring
- Exposure to inside sales, door-to-door, or commission-based sales profiles
