About the role
- Conduct daily operations around the travel process for all Sound Ambassador physicians and Echo Locum Tenens
- Maintain travel data
- Generate and reconcile reports from various systems
- Research and troubleshoot all travel issues that arise regarding hotel accommodations, housing agreements, flight arrangements, and ground transportation
- Work closely with travel agents, providers, and recruiters to arrange travel needs
Requirements
- Some college coursework, associate degree, or certifications
- Preferred: College degree from an accredited institution or a combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years office experience, including clerical office work and coordination of travel
- Prior experience with SalesForce, SharePoint, and coordination of travel arrangements
