About the role
- Own the vision and strategy for SoSafe’s Simulation experience, driving the roadmap toward advanced attack realism while balancing product scalability and health.
- Build and scale multi-channel simulations across email, messaging platforms (Teams, Slack), and mobile to reflect modern attack vectors.
- Deliver high-impact features from our 2026 roadmap, including the Simulation Template Editor, OSINT-powered personalization, and multi-chain attack scenarios.
- Drive discovery to understand how users react to AI-based social engineering, using these insights to improve simulation effectiveness.
- Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with the Learning and Threat Intel teams to ensure our simulations aren't just "tests," but are active learning loops.
- Define and track KPIs that demonstrate security impact, such as click, interaction and reporting rates.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product analytics.
- Represent Simulations within the leadership team, contributing to the broader strategy of our Adaptive Human Risk Management platform.
Requirements
- Proven Seniority: 7+ years in Product Management, with a track record in B2B SaaS, edtech, AI-powered, high growth commercial products.
- Strong product intuition and a proven ability to evolve core products toward deeper product-market fit.
- Complex Problem Solver: You have experience scaling products that live within complex ecosystems (integrations, multi-tenant architectures, or regulated environments).
- Strategic and execution powerhouse: You can paint a long-term vision for "Attack Realism" while delivering complex features like multi-step scenarios.
- Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven: You use quantitative metrics to validate, but rely on strong product intuition and qualitative discovery to innovate.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, capable of aligning design, engineering, and GTM teams around ambitious roadmap goals.
- Curious, iterative mindset—champion for build-test-learn rapid experimentation, and ready to pivot as learning evolves.
- Influencer & Mentor: You act as a force multiplier for the team, raising the bar for discovery, documentation, and product thinking across the Simulation Group.
