• Define and evolve the Social Media strategy by channel
• Establish tone-of-voice guidelines, content formats, best practices, approval workflows and a compliance checklist for content in regulated sectors
• Plan and manage the editorial calendar (monthly/weekly/daily)

• Lead real-time activations
• Define the influencer strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
• Map, select and prioritize profiles (macro, micro and creators)
