General Counsel

• Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate commercial and operational contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and mitigation of legal risks.
• Support the standardization of contracts and clauses, following the company's legal and regulatory guidelines.
• Litigation and Consumer Defense: Monitor and manage judicial and administrative proceedings (individual and mass actions), controlling deadlines, documents and interaction with external law firms.
• Prepare and handle responses to consumer protection bodies (Procon, Senacon, Consumidor.gov), focusing on dispute prevention and preservation of the company's reputation.
• Regulation and Compliance: Monitor sectoral regulations, especially those related to the betting market, advertising and data protection.
• Support the adjustment of internal processes to applicable rules (Law No. 14.790/23, LGPD, Consumer Defense Code (CDC), CONAR and related regulations).
• Develop and update institutional documents, such as Terms and Conditions, internal policies and legal guidelines.
• Advisory and Risk Mitigation: Act in a consultative capacity with CS, Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance and other areas, providing practical legal guidance aligned with the business.
• Support the management of legal risks and the preparation of responses to sensitive situations, under the guidance of legal leadership when applicable.
• Governance and Documentation: Produce legal reports, litigation data consolidation, indicators (KPIs) and status updates on requests.
• Keep legal controls, records and documentation organized and up to date.
