Provide guidance to local plants/sites on industrial systems and solutions cybersecurity.
Act as bridge between Industrial business stakeholders and Digital Cyber Security and Corporate Security organizations.
Interface between local plant and Digital Cybersecurity/corporate security for projects and activities related to industrial systems, solutions, and assets.
Collaborate with plant Information Management (IM) team, IT-OT, maintenance and other stakeholders to ensure availability, security, and resilience of industrial systems.
Report to the Industrial cybersecurity manager for North America and serve as key contact for local plant activities, daily operations and future projects.
Provide day-to-day run mode support and support upcoming projects due to high workload.
Support local and global projects to move and integrate industrial systems to a secure industrial perimeter.
Provide general guidance to plant on industrial cyber security questions.
Support delivery of ICS toolsets such as Industrial antivirus, Backup solutions, and maintenance of an industrial asset register (OT-CMDB).
Analyze and support/approve firewall requests related to industrial assets and solutions within the plant.
Support cyber security investigations related to the industrial landscape.
Support Security by Design for OT environment.
Identify shop floor cybersecurity needs and risks and carry out continued identification activities.
Supervise, advise and help local ITinOT (maintenance technicians) teams on security activities including software/security software maintenance, incident response, and change control for Industrial IT, OT, and IACS.
Provide feedback to local IM teams and plant businesses with insights into Industrial cybersecurity.
Provide weekly and monthly reporting to track projects, risks and ongoing activities.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site in Kinston, North Carolina (mandatory).
Solid understanding of Operational Technology, ICS/IACS, automation systems, shop floor processes and requirements in shop floor environments.
IT professional experience in information security technology, ideally with focus/experience in cyber incident detection and response is an asset.
Extensive knowledge of security framework such as NIST 800-53
Proven experience in operational technology (OT) is an asset
Very good networking, communication and presentation skills at all levels
Proficiency in English is required, proficiency in French is a plus
