About the role

Senior-level IT position implementing and supporting facility-based IT equipment or software
May solicit input from project managers and stakeholders in developing business case documentation, features and requirements
Work with service providers to ensure in-scope technical solutions align with enterprise strategy and architecture
May oversee small to medium scale projects including creating and monitoring the project plan
Perform functional analysis, requirements gathering, ERP module configuration and testing
Prototypes, data mapping, configuration of tables, and transactional/control tables
Lead or mentor less experienced analysts and IT staff; promote continuous improvement in IT practices

High School Diploma and knowledge and capabilities typically acquired through at least 8 years of Information Technology related experience
Associate degree or industry-recognized certificate in an information technology related discipline with at least 6 years Information Technology related experience
Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related discipline with at least 4 years Information Technology related experience
Education and experience requirements can be satisfied through one of the following options (multiple options allowed): High School Diploma with 8+ years IT experience; Associate degree or certificate with 6 years; Bachelor's degree with 4 years; other qualifications may apply
Preferences/Other Qualifications: TSA Security Directives for pipeline security; OT/ICS cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, NERC CIP, ISA/IEC 62443); experience with OT systems (SCADA, PLCs); vulnerability management; incident response; cross-functional collaboration
Experience in leading projects or teams; ability to manage multiple tasks; on-call/off-hours support possible
