About the role

  • Play a pivotal role within the Financial Services Community.
  • Collaborate with a network of peers.
  • Craft proposals and develop service offerings.
  • Share industry insights and drive internal projects.
  • Take ownership of complex assignments and manage client relationships.
  • Develop and apply managerial skills and support business development activities.
  • Responsibilities may include project and change management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, business and functional analysis, or architectural design.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years of professional experience in Consulting, working with clients in the Financial Services industry.
  • strong understanding of business processes in one or more of the following sectors: large banks, insurance companies, social security organizations, and/or mutuality companies.
  • demonstrated experience in contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives for clients, combining deep industry knowledge with a strong affinity for digitalization and IT.
  • demonstrated skills in one or more of the following domains: IT Advisory (Target Operating Models), Project Management, Business/Functional Analysis, Agile/Scrum methodologies, Architectural Design, ESG, or Product Management.
  • familiarity with topics such as Open Finance, Instant Payments, AI in Financial Services, ESG, or cloud migration strategies are a plus.
  • recognized certifications such as Prince2, TOGAF/Archimate, Leading SAFe, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
  • strong ability to build and maintain trustworthy client relationships, familiarity with business development approaches, and a strong connection to the Consulting "motherhouse".
  • fluent in Dutch or French, have a strong grasp of the other, and speak English fluently as well.
