• Support day-to-day social media management, with a focus on YouTube and LinkedIn
• Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, including short-form (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and occasionally longer-form
• Develop motion graphics and lightweight animations to enhance storytelling
• Support social campaign planning from concept through to delivery
• Optimise content for each platform, with a strong understanding of YouTube best practices (thumbnails, titles, retention, SEO)
• Collaborate with internal teams to capture content at events, shoots, and day-to-day moments
• Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to translate messaging into compelling social content
• Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on insights and trends
• Stay on top of social and video trends, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table
