About the role
- Develop and implement a global go-to-market (GTM) strategy for cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead global security service provider programs, including partner recruitment, expansion, enablement, and incentives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead a global team of service provider sales leaders, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
- Collaborate with regional sales, marketing, product, and technical teams to align initiatives.
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with C-level executives at major service providers.
- Drive service provider growth and KPIs aligned with company goals.
- Manage the global sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal execution ensuring consistent sales execution across all regions.
- Oversee global channel enablement programs to ensure partners are well-trained and equipped to sell and deliver cybersecurity solutions.
Requirements
- 15+ years in global channel sales, service provider leadership, partner management, or business development in cybersecurity.
- Proven experience in building and scaling global service provider sales programs in multiple regions.
- Strong background in managing high-performing global partner teams.
- Expert knowledge of service provider models and regional service provider market variations
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers in the service provider ecosystem.
- Ability to translate service provider needs into actionable insights.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in metrics, forecasting, and analytics.
- 'Hunter' mentality with the ability to recruit and close new service providers.
- Ability to travel extensively to meet partners and attend industry events.
