About the role
- Lead a large, diverse team responsible for driving operational excellence, process innovation, analytics, and automation across the renewals organization.
- Partner with the VP of Renewals to drive business performance, forecasting, and operational management.
- Build forecasts, analyze performance, and communicate results to senior leadership, the board, and other stakeholders.
- Lead the development of board and SMT-level presentations on renewals performance.
- Oversee a data analytics team to build dashboards and deliver insights to drive decision-making.
- Manage a process improvement and automation team focused on enhancing the renewals organization.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration across PS, CS, and Renewals teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Leverage deep understanding of renewals and two-tier channel models to inform strategy.
Requirements
- Extensive leadership experience in process, analytics, and operations, preferably within renewals.
- Strong knowledge of two-tier channel models and renewals processes.
- Proven ability to manage managers and lead large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Advanced data analytics and reporting skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations.
- Track record of driving process automation and operational excellence.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
