Lead the translation of the strategic plan into an annual operating budget
Develop and manage the process and preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑range financial plans
Model revenue recognition, claims expenses, and operating expenses trends
Partner with the leadership team to evaluate new product opportunities, dealer programs, market expansion initiatives, and other projects
Develop cash flow forecasting and maintain a long-term cash forecast
Lead financial modeling and analysis to support the development of long-term strategic initiatives and business plans
Own FP&A projects and initiatives end‑to‑end

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within automotive, insurance, warranty, or F&I product environments
Strong understanding of revenue recognition and deferred revenue, loss ratios, claims modeling, underwriting principles, and contract lifecycle economics
Advanced financial modeling skills and proficiency with Excel, BI tools, ERP/FP&A/financial systems, and other Microsoft Office products
Experience with OneStream a plus
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
