About the role

  • Deliver competitive compensation and benefits to employees across the EMEALA region
  • Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits management
  • Drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with Global Mobility for international assignments

  • Lead the design and evaluation of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs
  • Monitor benefits performance and cost trends
  • Manage key projects and drive improvements in compensation and benefits offerings

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • At least 8 years’ experience focused on Total Rewards
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • CCP, GRP, and/or S/PHR certification are a plus
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in other languages are a plus
  • Proven ability to thrive in a team environment
