About the role
- Deliver competitive compensation and benefits to employees across the EMEALA region
- Oversee all aspects of compensation and benefits management
- Drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives
- Collaborate with Global Mobility for international assignments
- Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations regarding compensation practices
- Lead the design and evaluation of health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs
- Monitor benefits performance and cost trends
- Manage key projects and drive improvements in compensation and benefits offerings
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- At least 8 years’ experience focused on Total Rewards
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- CCP, GRP, and/or S/PHR certification are a plus
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in other languages are a plus
- Proven ability to thrive in a team environment
