About the role
- Lead the Irish wholesale business with full P&L responsibility, driving revenue, market share and profitability
- Develop and execute the Irish market strategy, aligning commercial, sales and operational excellence priorities
- Build and strengthen relationships with audiologists, independent hearing care providers, retail partners and distributors
- Act as Registered Director, ensuring legal, regulatory, tax and governance compliance in line with Irish statutory requirements
- Introduce new products and solutions to market, ensuring successful commercial launches
- Provide strategic insight, forecasting and performance reporting to regional leadership
Requirements
- Solid commercial leadership experience within medical devices, audiology, hearing care or related healthcare sectors
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibility
- Proven ability to build strategic customer relationships and negotiate commercial agreements
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
- Eligible to act as an Irish Resident Director and meet statutory compliance requirements
- Degree educated (or equivalent experience) is desirable
- Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare and audiology landscape is desirable
- Experience operating within regulated medical device environments is desirable
