About the role
- Lead, develop, and motivate the Stores Team, allocating workload, setting performance expectations, and building staff capabilities in this hands-on role
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering
- Identify opportunities to optimise workflows, reduce handling time, and increase on‑time delivery
- Ensure SAP processes and inventory controls support accuracy and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or store operations
- Computer literate, SAP or similar
- Experience in leading a team
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Background within the medical device industry would be beneficial
