About the role

  • Provide technical support and coordinate employees (m/f/d) in daily production operations, and act as deputy for the team leader during absences
  • Actively participate in the ongoing operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
  • Support, operate, and secure Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), including covering breaks and acting as a floater
  • Analyze faults and take initial corrective actions in close cooperation with technical interfaces
  • Organize shift handovers and participate in Tiered Daily Management
  • Actively engage in Continuous Improvement, 5S, and Kaizen activities
  • Ensure clear information flow and conduct Gemba walks

Requirements

  • Completed recognized vocational training in a technical or industrial field
  • Several years of professional experience in electronic manufacturing, ideally in Surface Mount Technology (SMT)
  • Familiarity with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and associated production processes
  • Strong quality awareness and a structured working approach
  • Team-oriented personality (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for technical responsibility
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written; English skills are an advantage
