About the role

  • Provide professional support and coordination of staff (m/f/d) in daily production operations and act as deputy for the team leader during their absence.
  • Actively participate in the ongoing operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
  • Support, operate and safeguard Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), including covering breaks and acting as a floater.
  • Analyze malfunctions and implement initial corrective measures in close cooperation with technical interfaces.
  • Organize shift handovers and participate in daily management (tier meetings).
  • Actively participate in Continuous Improvement, 5S and Kaizen activities.
  • Ensure a clear flow of information and conduct Gemba walks.

Requirements

  • Completed recognized vocational training in a technical or industrial field.
  • Several years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, ideally in Surface Mount Technology (SMT).
  • Familiarity with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and associated production processes.
  • Strong quality awareness and a structured way of working.
  • Team-oriented personality (m/f/d) who enjoys technical responsibility.
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
  • Programming knowledge and IPC certification are advantageous.
