About the role

  • Continuous monitoring and adherence to all key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitoring and management of the complete ordering process from purchase order to goods receipt, including invoice verification and initiating corrective actions as needed in coordination with product management, marketing, sales and logistics
  • Operational support in procurement and fleet management, contract administration, coordination and dispatching of marketing materials, and handling of complaints
  • Master data responsibility for the material master, including material costing, packing instructions, and transfer prices
  • Preparation of reports and conducting analyses
  • Preparation of logistics reports and performing closing tasks
  • Support and execution of the annual inventory
  • Supplier evaluation and assessment, participation in the annual audit
  • Collaboration in data protection coordination and environmental management, and support for related tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/administrative vocational training is an advantage
  • A hands-on mentality and a flexible, reliable approach to work
  • Comfortable working with a PC (especially Excel, Teams and Outlook)
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • A service- and customer-oriented working style
  • Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
