About the role
- Take ownership of the end-to-end administrative employee lifecycle
- Ensure a smooth and high-quality HR experience for employees
- Prepare and process employment contracts and amendments
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll-related data
- Manage employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, transfers, exits)
- Support line managers and employees on HR topics in Dutch and English
- Assist with annual HR processes (appraisals, salary, bonus)
- Provide second-level support for HR systems and time recording tools (Atoss)
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and employment conditions
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external authorities
- Collaborate closely with HR BPs, managers, and other departments
Requirements
- Education in Human Resources or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration in an international environment
- Very good understanding of the employee lifecycle
- Very good understanding of HR Process and systems (SAP Success Factor)
- Proficient in Dutch and English
- Experience with Dutch labor law, administration and payroll is very nice to have
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- High customer orientation and service thinking
- Very good MS Office skills (especially in excel)
