About the role
- Plan, set up, and manage display & video campaigns on META, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
- Execute campaigns across multiple channels such as such as Display, Native Ads, META, and Google, and optimize efforts toward KPI targets
- Conduct extensive campaign optimization, including ad copy testing and landing page performance improvements
- Prepare and present results, reports, and analysis to stakeholders, continuously learn and share knowledge about users, markets, and technical systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Product, Tech) to ensure campaigns are optimized for success
- Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and mentor peers across countries
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels and networks, especially META, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain (experience with at least some is essential)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent time management, ability to articulate complex concepts to different audience, and work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
