About the role
- Shape, deliver, and sustain a global HR technology strategy
- Ensure seamless system operations and harmonization of global HR platforms
- Deliver innovative, AI-enabled solutions that enhance employee experience
- Consolidate HR systems into a unified architecture and strengthen data integrity and compliance
- Partner with leadership to execute a digital HR roadmap
- Define, manage, and execute a 3–5 year roadmap covering systems consolidation and AI adoption
- Lead rollout and integration of SAP modules globally in SuccessFactors
- Pilot and scale AI-driven solutions
- Implement global KPI frameworks and Power BI dashboards
- Deploy a workforce planning tool that integrates quantitative and qualitative planning
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the HRIS space
- Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience in complex, global, and customer-facing business
- Track record of designing and executing large-scale HRIS transformation in line with business strategy
- Deep experience in various SAP/SuccessFactors modules, ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Experience with integration, M&A, and change management
- Ability to build and coach high-performing teams across different geographies
- Comfortable with contemporary digital HR tools
