About the role

  • Shape, deliver, and sustain a global HR technology strategy
  • Ensure seamless system operations and harmonization of global HR platforms
  • Deliver innovative, AI-enabled solutions that enhance employee experience
  • Consolidate HR systems into a unified architecture and strengthen data integrity and compliance
  • Partner with leadership to execute a digital HR roadmap
  • Define, manage, and execute a 3–5 year roadmap covering systems consolidation and AI adoption
  • Lead rollout and integration of SAP modules globally in SuccessFactors
  • Pilot and scale AI-driven solutions
  • Implement global KPI frameworks and Power BI dashboards
  • Deploy a workforce planning tool that integrates quantitative and qualitative planning

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the HRIS space
  • Minimum of 5 years of direct people management experience in complex, global, and customer-facing business
  • Track record of designing and executing large-scale HRIS transformation in line with business strategy
  • Deep experience in various SAP/SuccessFactors modules, ServiceNow (SNOW)
  • Experience with integration, M&A, and change management
  • Ability to build and coach high-performing teams across different geographies
  • Comfortable with contemporary digital HR tools
