About the role

  • Server & infrastructure management: Maintenance and continuous optimization of our Windows server environment
  • Virtualization: Provisioning and administration of virtualized systems based on VMware vSphere
  • Endpoint management: Further development and management of our endpoints using the Baramundi Management Suite and Microsoft Intune
  • Support: 2nd and 3rd level support for our internal IT services
  • Project work: Active participation in the planning, coordination and implementation of exciting IT projects

Requirements

  • Completed IT training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Proficient with M365, Azure/Entra and Intune
  • Experience with Active Directory, PowerShell, DFS and Group Policy
  • Experience in deployment, operation and troubleshooting of Citrix, Citrix ADC (NetScaler) and Microsoft Exchange
  • Solid knowledge of automated software deployments on client and server systems
  • Practical knowledge of industry-standard processes and tools in incident and request management
  • Experience with modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
  • High level of commitment, service orientation and strong communication skills
  • Methodical, goal-oriented working style and strong solution focus
  • Reliable and transparent work planning in close coordination with team management, as well as cooperative collaboration with internal customers and IT departments
