About the role

  • Point of contact for our business departments by phone, email and remote access in day-to-day operations.
  • Operation, maintenance and execution of Install, Move, Add and Change (IMAC) tasks for IT systems and endpoints.
  • Installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix solutions.
  • Analysis, documentation and sustainable resolution of incidents in the ticketing system.
  • Monitoring IT systems to ensure stable and smooth operation.
  • Participation in security measures and IT projects, with close collaboration with colleagues, customers and service providers.

Requirements

  • Completed IT vocational training or degree in IT with at least three years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Practical experience in incident and request management.
  • Confident use of modern collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
  • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Independent, proactive work planning and close, cooperative collaboration with team management, users and IT departments.
  • Creative identification and contribution of improvement opportunities.
