About the role
- Telephone support and advice for physician practices
- Transmission of test results to office-based physicians (by phone or electronically)
- Maintenance and updating of master data in the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Performing blood draws in accordance with hygiene and safety standards
- Reception of visitors
Requirements
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA) (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience
- Experience handling laboratory referrals, standard laboratory profiles and blood draws
- Good knowledge of German, spoken and written, with clear communication skills
- Service- and customer-oriented approach to work
- Friendly, professional and resilient on the phone
