About the role

  • You support our customers — primarily medical practices — by phone with questions about our laboratory and IT systems.
  • You analyze inquiries, identify causes of technical or process-related issues, and ensure quick resolutions.
  • You work closely with colleagues from IT and the laboratory to improve workflows.
  • You document calls and solutions in a structured way in our systems so that everything remains transparent at all times.

Requirements

  • You have a medical background: whether as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), Medical Technical Assistant (MTA), nursing staff, or a similar qualification — you understand how medical practices and clinical processes work.
  • You are comfortable with technology.
  • You are eager to dive into the digital world of healthcare and to learn new IT programs.
  • You are a communication talent: friendly, patient and clear in your communication — even on the phone you can explain complex topics simply.
  • You love finding solutions: you take challenges in stride and focus on how to resolve them.
  • A service mindset is important to you: you want to help people and enjoy ending a call with a satisfied customer.
  • Your German is secure at a C1 level — written and spoken.
  • A valid Class B driving license gives you the necessary flexibility when work goes beyond the screen.
