About the role

  • Needs assessment & mandate clarification: Structured elicitation of requirements, expectations and concerns from relevant stakeholders, and clarification of the target state, benefits and boundary conditions
  • Analysis & prioritization: Translating vague requirements into evaluable use cases and prioritizing them based on value, feasibility and organizational maturity
  • Project management: Designing, planning and steering digital and AI projects from concept and pilot phases through to rollout
  • Change support: Actively supporting change processes with a focus on acceptance, transparency and constructive handling of resistance
  • Communication & translation: Explaining complex topics in an audience-appropriate way for specialist departments, managers and employees
  • Sustainable embedding: Ensuring lasting adoption of implemented solutions through accompanying measures, standards and enabling stakeholders

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in digital, transformation or change projects within complex organizational structures
  • Strong skills in planning, structuring and managing cross-functional projects
  • Solid understanding of AI and digitalization topics to realistically assess their capabilities and limitations
  • Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitating workshops, analysis and decision-making
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and to handle uncertainty, fears and resistance with composure
  • Structured, self-reliant and pragmatic working style with clarity, reflective ability and a strong focus on delivery
