About the role

  • Take over the technical support and configuration of our laboratory information system patho.net
  • Actively contribute to the further development of support processes
  • Analyze complex inquiries escalated from L1 support
  • Configure modules, devices, user and site parameters within the LIS
  • Maintain and monitor HL7, LDT and proprietary interfaces to external systems
  • Support rollouts, conduct training sessions and ensure knowledge transfer
  • Work closely with development and administration teams, central operations and the laboratory sites

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in IT support or application management, ideally in a medical environment
  • Solid knowledge of Linux or Windows systems and services
  • Experience with laboratory or hospital information systems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with interface technologies is an advantage (HL7, LDT)
  • Confident presence, strong service orientation and experience delivering training
  • Independent and structured working style with high problem-solving skills
