About the role

  • Technical coordination of the DFÜ (remote data transmission) team
  • Ensure smooth operation of laboratory software at customers' sites
  • Review and optimize internal departmental workflows
  • Coordinate duty and vacation schedules
  • Provide professional development and technical training for the team
  • Serve as point of contact for medical practices and laboratory submitters on lab IT questions
  • Install communication software and hardware for our customers (primarily remote, on-site when necessary)
  • Maintain and support our communication programs, from remote data transmission to online laboratory requisitions, in a hotline environment
  • Maintain master data within the laboratory information system (LIS)
  • Train practice and laboratory staff

Requirements

  • Vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or equivalent skills and experience acquired through professional work
  • Experience with various practice management systems is an advantage
  • Strong customer-service orientation, team spirit and excellent communication skills
  • Independent and solution-oriented working style, confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
